Like the title says, Boohoo sells trash with terrible customer service. My package has been lost for over 3 weeks and Boohoo will do nothing to resolve the situation. Fedex has informed me they are receiving numerous package from Boohoo that arrive completely empty. Then Boohoo makes it impossible to receive a refund for a package that never even showed up. Screw Boohoo and their awful customer service. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's crap.
First time ever using boohoo. I've dropped 100$ on clothing and I'm from USA and was expecting a weeks wait for delivery. It's not been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten anything yet. Not only that they make you pay $10 for their shipping and it's still taking forever to arrive. Also when you try to track package, it brings you to strange website that can't track it at all. Never shopping there again and would recommend to anyone not either

The prices and there clothes are stylish and priced affordable to those on a budget. So if you want high end clothing shop in high end stores. No complaints Loce Love there style and clothing.
Fantastic service and after care…. Was helped by Angela and Lois with a after sales issue which was dealt with within 5 mins. Very impressive
Ordered something on the 8th of June. You pay 6 euros for standard delivery up till 6 working days. It is possible to fasten delivery(1-2days) by paying 15 euros. Tracking link says my order is at national sorting hub since 10th of June. When contacting customer service they tell me estimated delivery is 22nd of June. How is that a maximum of 6 working days? When I ask you why the package is delayed I get no response. If you are having trouble getting the packages delivered on time just say that! Don’t lie to people. This is why you get so many returns. Thought I would have a nice vacay outfit. No one will be there to take the package. Customer service is advising to just wait. Already told you that I’m going on a holiday so I can’t wait. Asked if the package couldnt go with the fast delivery. No answer. Thanks ???????? When I look at other reviews I’m happy I didn’t pay up front
Needed a refund on a dress. Contacted boohoo through Whatsapp I was messaged back by Troy and Marilyn and they were both very helpful with excellent customer service.
Always buy great products on BooHooMan - usually no issues at all. Had a slight issue with a misaligned print on a t shirt today. Made customer service aware and they are passing it to the relevant section of people. Fairly good communication with returning items and usually a goodwill gesture of help with delivery or voucher if a big inconvenience has occurred.
I love boohoo’s items and whenever i have questions with my order/s i use whatsapp costumer service and they reply so quick, very helpful too.
Well, I just had a wrong shipping address nightmare that thankfully lasted a couple minutes ( a shopping miracle! ) all because of Mary Annelyn! Mary was fast at replying and handled my mistake with ease! Thanks again!! Will be ordering more soon!
They have a really good photographer/art department because their items look so beautiful on their website. Do not believe it.
The fact that they dont allow for reviews on their actual website on the individual items says a lot about the company. Their clothing is junk. And they know it. So they lure in trusting, unsuspecting new buyers with their pretty pictures and discount offers. Steer clear.
I bought a bunch of items that looked good on the website but are horrible in real life. The materials they use are junk. Very cheap quality, some are not being wearable.
had a faulty jumpsuit arrive and it was sorted within 15 minutes of messaging and a new one should be on its way to me! thanks eren, paula and charmie!
Placed an order online, I picked Next Day Delivery and paid a premium for this service.
Two days later I have not received my items, and the tracking says it's not even out for delivery.
Have today spoken to delivery company to be advised that there is a 48 hour delay to my items from today, so in total that'll be 4 days for Next Day Delivery.
Emailed both customer service and the CEO, neither have responded to my emails.
Conveniently for Boohoo there is no telephone support, so you are at the mercy of the emails they do not respond to.
I will be giving it another day if I don't receive my goods tomorrow along with a refund of my premium delivery fee I will be contacting my card provider and starting chargeback for services not provided.
Absolutely awful service, will not be ordering from Boohoo again.
Had an issue that should never of happened in the first place but a customer service agent called Kim Ivan sorted that issue speedily and superbly for me. Could not be happier.

Its thin material and out of shape. I purchased 13 items only 4 are actually wearable
